Application:
It is used to check the breaking capacity and normal operation endurance of switches, plugs and sockets, couplers for household and similar fixed electrical installations, to assess whether the switch, plug and socket can withstand mechanical hazards and electrical fatigue damage during normal use, whether there is contact sticking or long-term closure or disconnection, and whether there is excessive wear and other harmful consequences.
Test Principle:
The test equipment adopts the servo motor to drive the fixture mechanism, then the sample is linearly pressed, toggled, rotated, etc., and supplied with load voltage and current. The test time, test speed, stroke, and angle can all be preset on the touch screen.
Structure:
It adopts integral frame, servo motor, precision ball screw and synchronous belt, 7-inch color touch screen for humanized operation and with powerful digital display function, PLC intelligent control system, three-axis adjustable fixtures, which can test most of the button switches, toggle switches, rocker switches, rotary switches, plugs and sockets.
