Product Description
Gauge C18 as specified in ÖVE/ÖNORM E 8684-1. A double-ended gauge: one station carries two Ø 4.8 mm pins on 16.6 mm centres with 90° ± 2°30′ chamfered tips for the two-pole socket-outlet, the other station carries the three-pole pin set (4.0 mm pins, Ø 0.7 mm tips) with the 10.1 mm and 3.5 mm stepped dimensions of the standard.

- 2-pole station: pins Ø 4.8+0.010 mm, 16.60-0.01 mm centres, 19.5 ± 0.1 mm long
- Pin tips: 90° ± 2°30′, 2.5+0.10 mm long
- 3-pole station: pins Ø 4.0 ± 0.01 mm, 14.1+0.010 mm and 15.3+0.010 mm centres
- Earth pin: Ø 0.7+0.10 mm tip, 10.1+0.10 mm gauge length, 3.5+0.10 mm step
Application / Test Method
Gauge dimensions are taken from the corresponding Bild of ÖVE/ÖNORM E 8684-1:2010-12-01. Note: the 10.1 mm and 3.5 mm dimensions are the Austrian values and differ from the DIN VDE 0620 gauge.
